Bandpass Enclosure Blueprint
This is a teaching picture for a 4th-order bandpass box. It is not a blind recipe. It is the layout map that helps you understand where the sealed chamber ends and the vented chamber begins.
Suite source: generated from the Ohmic Audio Labs enclosure geometry lane so the public bandpass cutaway stays tied to the real chamber model.
What Makes Bandpass Harder
- The center baffle has to stay rigid because the driver load is split across two chambers.
- Leaks between chambers break the design immediately.
- Port tuning and chamber ratio are tightly linked, so this style punishes guessing more than a sealed box does.
