Sealed Enclosure Blueprints

This is a teaching blueprint for a simple sealed 12-inch enclosure, not a universal one-size-fits-all box.

Build Order

1. Cut Panels

Confirm dimensions and dry-fit first.

2. Dry Fit

Check the driver hole, terminal location, and panel squareness.

3. Glue And Screw

Assemble slowly and keep every joint square.

4. Brace And Seal

Add corner braces and seal every internal joint.

5. Mount Hardware

Install the terminal and driver only after the box is cured.
